If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less the postage cost. You will need to email info@christiarasextoys.co.uk with your order number, please state if the item is faulty or unwanted. Your refund will be paid back once your return had been received.

If you have received a free gift from Christiara Sex Toys, then this will also have to be returned. If you do not return the free gift the cost of the item will be deducted from your refund

Please enclose a returns note inside the parcel so that your refund can be processed quickly


Terms of return

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, sex toys, condoms, lubricants, massage oils and lingerie (if the hygiene seals or tags have been removed) can only be returned in the event that they are faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality.
